Upgrade of the heating and HVAC systems throughout the main Express House building at FedEx UK Headquarters in Atherstone, comprising installation of new fan coil units and associated pipework, removal and replacement of pipework for the cooling system and installation of a Mitsubishi VRS Refrigerant system along with new roof mounted condenser units. Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating health and safety during the design and planning stage of the project. Providing Pre-Construction Information to Designers, Principal Contractor and Contractors, ensuring that Designers comply with their duties under CDM 2015 and co-operate with each other. Undertaking monthly site safety inspections throughout the construction phase, ensuring that high level of health and safety standards and arrangements were maintained.
