Provision of asbestos management services at The Steel Ball Company factory in Scunthorpe built in the 1970’s as part of a £3m redevelopment scheme to create modern office accommodation and state of the art manufacturing/ fabrication facilities.

Our services included carrying out an Asbestos Refurbishment & Demolition Survey and sampling exercise, tendering and management for the removal of identified notifiable licensable and non-licensable asbestos containing materials, auditing of the subcontractor and background air monitoring during the removal works, including 4-Stage Clearance and issue of a Certificate of Reoccupation and Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes.
