Welcome to Squared Circle where good old-fashioned graft meets genuine care for our people and clients.
Our founders, Craig and David, come from humble beginnings. Craig began as a time-served joiner and construction site manager before moving into asbestos management. David started out in manufacturing and logistics audit compliance before stepping into health and safety, CDM, and fire risk management. Both climbed the industry ladder the hard way before taking a leap of faith, launching their own consultancy practice in the middle of a global pandemic!
They share a love of sport, good food (whether it’s fine dining, street food, or a great burger), and, occasionally, a well-earned beer. Everything in moderation, of course.

We do like a deadline (no, really) and aim to exceed expectations every day. Innovation for us means simply finding new ways of doing things so we can deliver exceptional quality for our clients.

There are no big egos here. Our partners remain hands-on, working shoulder to shoulder with the team on the frontline. Many of our team members choose to stay with us long-term (we like to think we’re a keeper), but when they’re ready for new challenges, we support them on their journey.
