Review of fire risk assessment actions, planning, cost management, delivery, and sign-off for the upgrade and remedial works through the breweries existing supply chain, ensuring all pub managers understand the fire risk assessments and any actions therein. Annual inspection of each property to ensure that there are no substantive changes to the fire risk assessment.
