Appointed as Principal Designer and CDM Client Advisor for the conversion of a former Sports Hall building to a new Dining Hall/Kitchen facility and Design Technology / Graphics Department at the Grange Senior School.
Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating health and safety during the design and planning stage of the project. Providing Pre-Construction Information to Designers, Principal Contractor and Contractors, ensuring that Designers comply with their duties under CDM 2015 and co-operate with each other. Preparing the Health Safety File and liaising with the Principal Contractor for the duration of their appointment.
